According to the Federal Register, on March 8, 2024, the US Environmental Protection Agency issued Regulation No. 2024-04958, exempting tetraacetylethylenediamine (TAD) andThis regulation will take effect on March 8, 2024, and requests for opposition or hearing must be submitted before May 7, 2024. Submissions made after this date will not be accepted
After the implementation of this regulation, imported products will be strictly inspected in accordance with relevant inspection and quarantine procedures and policies. Therefore, in order to avoid export discoveries, relevant enterprises are required to strictly follow the laws and regulations of the importing country for production, processing, packaging, and distribution. Samples will be confirmed with importers in strict accordance with local requirements, and production will be carried out strictly according to the confirmed samples to avoid the risk of goods being returned
